Wow!

I was googling an address for Red Chili because it's a regular spot for my fiance and I and we're actually considering having them cater our wedding! I'm sorry if others have had a poor experience, but you should know that with a lot of szechuan restaurants, it DOES only take a few minutes to whip up some delicious green beans with garlic and chilis in a wok. And it DOES only take a few minutes to mix some already prepped shredded meat to a hot wok with spices and sauce. And I if you don't want sauce with your vegetables, don't go for szechwaun. It's not just 'Chinese' food - it's a style of Chinese food and the style is shredded meat (already prepared) and plenty of fast-frys so.....I'm surprised to see a few 'complaints' from hungry people about receiving food 'too' quickly.

Red Chili has fantastic food - our staple order (from an extensive menu that we've sampled quite often) is Shredded Beef in Homemade Chili Sauce, Szechuan Green Beans, Singapore Style Noodles, and steamed rice. Hot, fresh, affordable, and worth the wait (if you're silly enough not to make reservations on a Saturday night).
