A craving for a sweet, dark friend came to visit us on a warm summer evening. Our travels took us to a quaint little cafe snuggled on a quiet side street in Coquitlam. We sat down and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Pondering the pages of the menu our tastebuds wept with anticipation we struggled with our decision but by the grace of all that is good there were three of us so sharing was also on the menu that evening. The dark roast blended coffee was a perfect compliment to the sweetness of the desserts we shared.
