Very Sophisticated Korean Cuisine

They have improved their menu and service a lot since they opened two months ago. Five of us shared five dishes this time; Dolsot Bibimbap, Sundubu Jjigae, Bulgogi, Galbi Jjim, Japchae.

Sundubu (tofu soup) was hot and spicy, but very flavorful and satisfying. Bulgogi (grilled tender rib eye slices) was very thinly sliced, delicious and tender. Galbi Jjim (marinated beef short ribs and oxtail stew) was super tender and moist. You should try it! Japchae (stir-fried vermicelli noodles) was also very good. It was not too sweet, not overcooked or didn't taste like MSG like the one served at other Korean restaurants.

They willingly accommodated me with my seafood allergy. The portions were smaller than we expected, but all of the food was excellent. This restaurant is not for you if you want your food piled high on a big plate, but highly recommended if you think quality matters more than quantity.

They accommodated my severe seafood allergy and made special dishes for me, that were beets salad (sweet and delicious!) and grilled chicken with cream of potato, green & white fresh asparagus. The potion was so generous that I took home a half of the main dish and made it the next day's lunch. I might not say that the servers were super friendly, but they were highly professional and snappy. I understand why they were full on Wednesday evening.

Memorable Dinner

This restaurant is really rare and wonderful. From amuse-gueule to dessert and specialty coffee, everything was impeccable. Even a little glass of lemongrass-infused iced green tea to cleanse your palate is unforgettable. You shouldn't rush at this restaurant. No movie, no theatre, no nothing after dinner. Just enjoy the time there and mellow out with their beautiful dinner.
