The pizza is delicious, with a nice crust that is thick and tasty, but not too thick. The salad is made with fresh ingredients and was so good. Everything is fresh and tasty and it is almost unexpected given that it seems like just another pizza by the slice place, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The Chinese is fine but other cuisines are to be desired

I have been to NNH several times and have ordered quite a few things off the menu. The only things that I find are regularly good and tasty are the Chinese items.
The service is slow and kind of unfriendly, however if you go regularly they start to recognise you and the service gets a bit better.

The service was amazing. Staff is polite and courteous at all times.
The food was excellent and served very promptly. There were several diners and I don't think anyone was waiting long for their food.
The maple salmon and vegetarian burger is highly recommended. Followed by chocolate mouse for dessert. The food is very tasty and filling.
The Maple Grill has a very eclectic atmosphere that is inviting and warm.
Everything is new and immaculately clean and tidy.

A little daunting, as it looks like a mall kiosk, but everyone seems to say that. As we walked in someone walking out said "That was the best F***n Sushi I've ever had!" So we thought we'd try it. Well the gentleman who said that was right!
All of the menu items are amazing and everything is prepared so well. As it is family run you are always guaranteed an excellent meal, as you always have the same great chef.
The service is exquisite and you will never be short of tea or water (and it is good tea).
And the bill at the end is always a pleasant surprise. It is the best value for money of anywhere around and you always leave happy and full.
We now go a couple times a week, and when we bring people they always agree how amazing it is.

First, we made a reservation three days in advance. We called earlier on the day to confirm and were told everything was fine. When our party showed up at 7PM, we were told the reservation was never written down.
We were then told that we were being bumped to the front of the line to compensate, however our party was of 7 people so they had to wait until 2 tables beside each other opened up.
The tables were near each other and bolted down so we could not move them, which made for awkward conversation and was not pleasant, the restaurant only has one table that can accommodate groups over 5.
They did offer us some complimentary appetizers though. Some calamari and some chicken, but nobody could tell which was which and 2 people are vegetarians.
The mushroom soup was cold.
The steak was cold on the inside.
The crab legs were not properly prepared and difficult to eat.
The pesto was overcooked and had no flavour.
The ginger beef was lacking ginger and spiced with chili instead.
The lettuce in the salad was limp.
The mashed potatoes were cold.
The wine was far too expensive. A glass of Cabernet was $10 and it tasted like it came from an old $11 bottle.
The cocktails were very watery.
The maple salmon was excellent, as were the fish tacos.
The service was slow, but the server was nice.
We will not be returning.
