Every Sunday our family ventures down to South Ocean Seafood for Dim Sum. I don't think I have ever had better. Its usually pretty busy to its best to go before 12:00. There isn'[t too much parking either.
The wait staff is always very friendly and most of them know us as we come in just about every weekend. If there is something that you want that you don't want to wait for to come around they are more than happy to take orders from you to give to the kitchen.
My favorite dishes are the Gai Lan ( which is usually cooked perfectly), Shrimp Spring Rolls and Mango Pudding with Cream.
I can obviously definately reccomend this restaurant.
