I have been to Carlos or Charlies twice and have been very happy with it! The food is very true to Mexico and I love the atmosphere! Biting in to the pork tacos with ny eyes closed, I feel like I am back in Puerto Vallarta! The waiters seemed to be a little unsure of themselves on BOTH of my visits, though. It did take a while for our drinks and appy's, though our dinners did arrive quickly. Maybe they were new and just nervous. I am definately going back there. Give it a try!
