Amorosa Pasta House7874 Edmonds St., Burnaby
regular pasta

This place is a regular. always seems busy and needs reservations for the weekends or you will wait forever. wrth the drive..... .... The servings are quite extensive with loads of sauce. lots of choices. typical western/BC pasta house.

Service is good and has a neighborhood feel. Nice wine, flavours are rich.
nothing more than a great little neighborhood pasta house. obviously wih the large orders you more than enough to take home for tomorrows lunch.

We will definitly return and continue to work our way through the menu. Quite nice with lots of choices

nice lunch

The food was delicious, competitive prices, service was quite pleasant and very quick. The bathrooms were small but had a fabulous hygienic toilet seat cover - that made up for it. Had a wonderful bowl of Pho and a rice dish with fried vegies and tofu with oyster sauce. Was impressed with the service. If we are in the area we will definitly return for a wonderful lunch.

there for late lunch the other day. This restaurant has been here quite some time. I dont think it has seen an update in my lifetime. A good location but will not survive if there isnt a change. old doesnt necessarily mean established. turning the heat down doesnt mean savings it means uncomfortable and cheap! I will be honest, I could have experienced a better quality meal at the ABC country restaurant down the road. The roast lamb was ok, tasty but nothing close to being fantastic. The roast potatoes were not roasted, they were deep fried and then nuked in the microwave with several grams of salt tossed. the veggies were overcooked and tasteless. the gravy was nothing more than a mint flavored KFC quality gravy. The server was really good but the overall experience was poor. I will not return to this restaurant. i think this restaurant needs to retire. You have succeeded, now it is time to retire. In the meantime, I will be at the Dublin Crossing.

Old place, good food

This restaurant is definitely an old place with smoke burnt walls, typical lower mainland mildew smell, poorly maintained temperature. busy for some reason. the food was tasty and in good portions. lots of staff with no care. basically a solid food place for enough for leftovers. wouldnt come back as there are enough restaurants out there that are better. the upstairs was a horrible ambiance.
