Excellent and unique

I have been going there almost since it first opened and it is still one of my favorite places to dine. Everything I have tried is excellent, like the wentzel duck breast, lavendar lamb chops and the pan seared halibut. The different flavours the dishes bring together are unique and layered. They are visually interesting too.

The only downside is that it gets very busy on the weekends and the service can be a bit slow at times. I would recommend going on weekdays/nights if you want a quite conversation. This is a great place to dine with your date too.

lives up to the hype.

I would say this is one of the best known place for Greek food in the Greater Vancouver area, and it's not hard to understand why.
I had a roast lamb, the meat was tender and tasty, portion was huge. Considering how busy it was, specially on the weekend, the service was quite good. There were some delay for my pita to come that I thought they forgot, but it turned out that my server did remember but he was just too busy.

The bad sides are this place is a bit cramped inside and the long line up.
Overall, you get more than you paid for at this place.

Only good for just hanging out and drinks

I went with serveral of my friends. I ordered the a steak dinner with baked potato and veggies and some of my friends ordered chicken dinners. Considering it was on the weekend, the food came without much delay. However, the food was only luke warm, with cold veggies, just like how Cakone (above review) said. Althought the meat was tender, the overall quantity was very little, I hardly felt I had anything to eat after I was done. I did not taste the chicken, but judging by the look of my friend's chicken, it didn't look too tasty. It looked dried, and shriveled up. the portion was even less than my plate. The only decent things I could say about the overall experience is that you can get a seat just inches from False Creek and the service was good. Other than that, it's way over priced.

There were 6 of us and we had an unaminous decision that we won't go back again.
