ebisu has good sushi and great plates to share with friends, but the only problem is the restaurant owners are SO RUDE to customers.
I had a surprise birthday party planned there and i bought a ice cream cake the day before to store at the restaurant and the restaurant owner was not welcoming at all. he didnt even smile at me. when i came in to ebisu, he just said "how many ppl?" and when i asked which table i would have for a table of 15 ppl and he pointed to this crappy table so i requested a table in front of the tv and he was like "it can ONLY fit 15 ppl. no more, otherwise you will have to move ppl to a different table." then when i left,he didnt even say goodbye. he just went back to writing something down.

and when i made a reservation this other time, a restaurant owner answered and said that the bar is only available. when i asked why, he laughed and said the restaurant is fully booked, so i said i would have to call him back. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. not even a goodbye on the phone.

thanks for the good food at a reasonable price ebisu, but your restaurant owners can learn some manners at the 7th circle of hell. i will not be coming back
