How wonderful to finally have a great restaurant to dine at in the tri-cities area. The food is full of flavour, the presentation excellent, good sized portions, unique menu items...pork cheeks and pork belly. Two things I have never tried and the pork belly is to die for. The wine list has decent choices and we were thrilled to see that they haven't placed a huge mark up on the wines. Our waiter was excellent and had a beautiful way of describing the menu, like a story teller. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends and family and I will visit again.
The tri cities is in desperate need for restaurants like the Firehall Bistro and I hope to see this restaurant around for a long time.
