(3.3) (3.5) (3.5) (3.5) (2.5)Sadly the only reason I no longer eat at this sushi restaurant is because the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The same dead flies have been in the window for the 5 years that I have lived here. Seriously. It is a pleasant restaurant inside, the service is fine and the food is very good. However, if a restaurant doesn't keep the outside fresh and clean then you start wondering what is going on inside. Especially in a Japanese restaurant where freshness is everything!
Sushi Bella is located in Lower Lonsdale in North Vancouver and the owners have brought a dynamic new sushi restaurant to the area. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff make you feel so welcome. There is a sushi bar as well as tables and an outside patio. The restaurant is licensed and has some interesting wines. I have eaten in the restaurant and have also had quite a few take-out meals. In both cases, everything has been beautifully presented and has been fresh and delicious. The place is absolutely spotless. The prices are very reasonable and the staff makes sure that you are happy with your meal. I think the words that would describe the staff would be gracious and the restaurant itself, classy. This is something you don't find a lot of these days. It is a great dining experience and I have no doubt this restaurant will be around for a long long time!
