I arrived at 11am (when they open) for all you can eat. I was put at the sushi bar right next to where they pick up the food even though the restaurant was not busy. I actually got tea and a menu quite quickly. Once I placed my order the wait began. I asked for ginger which never arrived. When my first order arrived I realized that I had made a mistake (not noticing that each item was 1 piece only) but thought that since my order was quite small (2 pieces of sashimi, 1 piece of tuna roll, 1 piece of tamago, 1 spicy tuna cone & gyoza), I could remedy that on a future order. 45 minutes later I was still waiting for the last of my order. As I only have 1 hour for lunch I asked for the bill, my Gyoza arrived as I was receiving my change so I never actually got to eat it.
$15.12 total and I had to get something else to eat on the way back to the office. The menu has a very limited selection when compared to several other all you can eat restaurants in the area. The service was slow (except for getting me the bill), the service was not even - the gentleman next to me came later and got food faster including ginger and gyoza. It was almost impossible to get a servers attention and when they placed the food item infront of me they were gone before I could speak.
I would never go back here and will advise everyone I know to avoid it. I was looking for some sort of feedback to advise the restaurant of my horrible experience but there is no way to do that - all you can do is call the main number and no one who answers that line was concerned about my complaint.
