Brazza Gelato & Coffee1846 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver
Best on North Shore

I felt horrified after reading a poor review on Brazza. I go there every day... sometimes twice even. BEST hot chocolate ever. And delicious gelato, especially hazlenut.

Don't shy away from this place because of bad reviews.
It's a great place to watch some football (soccer) and hang out and chat with the barista's.
It's awesome, with delicious drinks and personal staff.

Gotham Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar615 Seymour Street, Vancouver
A Very Lovely Meal
Submitted Monday, March 23, 2009 - 1:06pm [Dine in]

My boyfriend and I were out shopping one day and decided to go for a nicer dinner out of the blue. We googled steakhouses in the area and Gotham's poped up so we gave it a try. It was pretty early, maybe 5pm, and there was no other customers. Our waiter was SO helpful and informative and he helped us pic the best cuts for our tastes. I had the porterhouse, and my boyfriend had the filet mignon, chargrilled. Both were medium rare and done perfectly. He's a health nut, so we ordered 1/2 order of Broccoli, and 1/2 order of onions for me, which were HUGE. No way was it humanly possibly to finish our massive steaks and all the extras, we felt bad for the waste. He doesn't eat bread, but I ate lots of the delicious onion sourdough. We skipped dessert but the meal was wonderful. Beautiful restaurant and amazing food.

We couldn't have been happier and I can't understand why people are so negative, but we would deffinately go back. Any restaurant is worth a try and this one's no different.
