the food here isn't bad, the the waitress, goes around frowning and never says hello, please or thank you.
other people owner/employees are similar. I politely tried to get the waitress's attention to a minor matter
and she frowned, looked away and then walked quickly back to the kitchen............??
who needs that?
this may be typical of the area,but it is very poor business.

a small cup ob bad espresso coffee for $1,50 served by a surly and ignorant owner/waiter.
No wonder the place is usually totally empty.I saw a small cafe with a few tables and chairs
and nobody in the place several times. The owner should take a course in ettiquette and learn
how to speak to people civilly.
Cannot believe he is still in business.
