Hands down, the only place in down worth getting pizza from. Romeo's might come in a close second for product, but Romeo's customer service is some of the worse that I have ever come across. Ali Baba's product and customer service astounds me.
Ordering their individual slices, I have yet been able to finish one, they are so big and when you place an order for home and they say it will be 45 minutes, they mean it will be 45 minutes.
They did make a mistake with an order and when I called them, they had the correct pizza at my door is less that 25 minutes and let me keep the other pizza.
Could not imagine ever going anywhere else.
Tried out the new location and I was a bit taken back by the decor, it's very modern, a bit cold, the ambiance, not the temperature, but very open and clean. I do not know the name of my server, but she should be employee of the month because she was quick, attentive and very funny, she had our whole table laughing.
Our orders were on the table within 10 minutes and the quality of the food was fresh and crisp. We never had to ask for refills of tea, they were right on top of that. We had someone in our group that has never had sushi before and she absolutely loved it and wants to go back for more.
It is totally worth at least checking out.
I have been going to Beacon Drive-In since I was a kid in the early 70's & now I take my kids. The actual product that isproduced is drive-in worthy, but the customer service and portions have decrease to the point where I had to complain to the manager. I order a small cone that was less then 2" high and a sundae that was the same amount of icecream in a cup with a tablespoon of sauce and I was charged double the amount. I can remember when the small cones would be big enough to make a childs eyes open wide when the cone was passed to them and I did not know anyone that could finish a large cone. Also, the servers make you feel like they are doing you a favour by handing you your food and when you question them about something, they all have that blank look like a deer in the headlights.
if I was taking people out for a quick bite to eat and I wanted to show off, I would take them to this place. However, in my 42 years of being around, I have to tell you that I have never had such an awful cup of coffee. I have given it a couple of times, to see maybe if I had just gotten the staff on an off day, but nope, its the coffee that they serve. Its so bad, that the last time I went there, I threw the coffee out.
However, the service and food that they serve make up for this one flaw. I just drink juice or bring my own coffee with me.
