Many times our family has enjoyed Sunday brunch at Cheers. We go at 10:00 a.m. just as the doors open and when the food is freshest. The egg bennys were quite attractive with either ham or thin slices of salmon. A nice variety of salads included seaweed salad that day. Our visit on December 16 included some Christmas treats such as mincemmeat tarts, shortbread cookies, cranberry squares and pumpkin pie. I enjoyed a chocolate torte that was not overly sweet. I counted no less than fifteen desserts. We live in Vancouver and the drive to this North Van gem is certainly worthwhile.
