It had been over a year since I was last in for lunch at Paul's Omelettery and wow, it's like one of those shows came in and did a makeover. It's not over the top but so much cleaner and the staff even seems much happier. I was craving the chorizo omelette and it was great. It's looking good for the Omelettery and I'll be back soon
