Which ramen place would run out of soup base? Ridiculous.

My boyfriend and I decided to come here since its newly opened and there were many customers inside so it seemed like it was worth a try.
The server took our order and my boyfriend's ramen came first. Then I waited 15 minutes or so and saw that the waitress was going to every table and informing the customers that they ran out of soup base and that they are making it right now and have to wait 10-15 minutes for the soup. So I had to wait while my boyfriend had his ramen already. And it turns out that all the tables around us was like that too. One person is eating already and the other one is waiting for food. Why can't the food come all at once? It didn't make sense at all. Some customers just got up and left because they were annoyed. Why would a ramen restaurant run out of soup base? If they are that unprepared and cause so much inconvenience for customers then don't even bother running a business.
Service is horrible because you have to repeat yourself many times to get your message across to the staff. They seem to not understand anything. Service is poor and slow. I asked for a cup of hot water at least 10 times before I even got it.
Food is decent. I rather eat at Kintaro despite the parking and long line up outside. I will not be returning again.

the beef for the noodle is way too lean, you can barely chew it. Very expensive given the quality.
will not return. You can have better pho elsewhere. Not worth it at all. STAY AWAY. this place just opened, I really wonder how will they survive.
they close pretty early too...which is a quite inconvenient for the people who have late dinners
