It was late Friday night and my party of four was starving and ready for some good Italian food. Our target was Quattro Whistler. After spending 10 minutes searching for the restaurant, we finally found it off Main Street. We had no reservation and was seated immediately. We knew the evening was going to be special.
The Quottro martinis were delicious, generous and potent. We ordered the Antipasto appetizer, which was an assorted hot and cold plate, served family style. Every item was absolutely fantastic. My only recommendation is for them to label the delicacies so that we know what we were eating.
One of us enjoyed the Spaghetti Pescatore which was a seafood mouthwatering dish. Another enjoyed the elk chops on the specials menu. He ordered it rare and it was served medium well. The server quickly corrected the oversight and returned a perfectly prepared dish.
Me and the Mrs enjoyed the Five Pasta Combination plate. This plate included fusilli tartufati, fettuccine pomodoro, spaghetti amatriciana, tagiatelle pesto, fettuccine ghiottone.
We will definitively be returning to Quattro in the near future.
