My friends and I walked in because the restaurant looked pretty decent from the outside. Once we got in we had to wait for someone to seat us, by the time an employee did speak to us, we weren't greeted at all and weren't given any instruction or proper menu.

We waited a long time to order and when we did, we had one out of the three Bento boxes we ordered, come to the table right away as if it were pre-made along with our Miso soups. During the wait for the rest of our food, a bug crawled across our table (absolutely disgusting!) The food was bearable, the tea was old and disgusting, the water tasted gross.

We could not wait to leave so we went up to ask for the bill and the waitress rudely demanded tip, even though she did not provide any service whatsoever. She was horribly rude, blunt, and she barely spoke 2 words to us, she did not deserve any tip.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to, it is not worth your money or your time. Please avoid this place at any costs.
