Wash your hands!!!!!
Submitted Tuesday, June 2, 2009 - 1:49pm [Dine in]

Went to Earls for lunch on Sunday afternoon. I normally go to another location, but it was closed for remodeling.

We ordered our drinks and the bartender was on her break, sitting at the bar, busy eating her prawns and licking her fingers. She got called away from her finger licking, to make my drink. I watched her get up and go to the bar without washing her hands after all of that finger licking. I watched her squeeze a lemon into my drink, with the same unwashed hand she was using earlier to eat her prawns with. Gross!

Sorry, but that is disgusting. Had I not seen it with my own eyes I wouldn't believe it. I used to tend bar in the 90's and I never touched any food with my bare hands unless my hands were washed first. I still get the heebie jeebie's thinking about it. Hello...ever hear of communicable diseases?

I will stick to my usual Earl's location from now on.

Stuck up Servers
Submitted Tuesday, June 2, 2009 - 1:30pm [Dine in]

Went to Browns on Saturday night and I have no qualms about the food but some of the servers need an attitude adjustment. You are servers, so put a big smile on your faces, stop scowling and don't think that because you are under 25 years old and attractive that you automatically get a tip.

Won't Go Back
Submitted Tuesday, June 2, 2009 - 1:20pm [Dine in]

Went to La Cucina last night for dinner. II ordered the special, which happened to be Halibut (my favorite) and I should have known better not to order a fish dish in an Italian restaurant!!

The Halibut was too wet and not to mention it lacked any kind of flavour. The vegetables were done in olive oil, so my plate had water on it from the fish as well as a lot of olive oil. I could have made that meal at home quite easily and it would have tasted 100 times better.

Sorry, but I don't think I would go back after such a disappointing meal.

Worst Pasta Ever!!
Submitted Thursday, October 23, 2008 - 12:17pm [Dine in]

Went out for dinner with my sister and our best friend from highschool, as we just had our 20 year class reunion and we wanted to celebrate the occassion.

We all ordered the pasta, thinking that it had to be delicious because Cin Cin is after all an Italian restaurant.

My angelhair pasta with lobster was worth maybe $13.00, and not $38.00. It was basically a bowl of luke warm noodles tossed in olive oil with 2 miniscule pieces of lobster! My sister had the taglietelle with meat sauce. The sauce was swimming in grease and the meat was burnt and dried out in appearance. My sister complained of heartburn all eveing afterwards! My friend had the spaghetinni with clams, which was also luke warm and tasteless.

We will never ever go back to Cin Cin....not even if you paid me!
