Not Mexican.

I had a burrito which came wet and was honestly quite bland. The "lettuce salad" that came with it was just shredded lettuce on the plate. The sour cream and cheese toppings were really just small drizzles. The burrito was not bad once I added my own hot sauce from the table.

Other people at my table seemed to like their choices better. I over heard a lady at the next table say her sandwich was just like Subway.

The place is authentic in that stuff is mismatched and they also sell some Latin groceries. Looks like a place you'd really find in a latin American country.

My friends took me there because they really seem to like it. The owner I think was polite. I'd go again but not my first choice.

Went on a Saturday night - place was more than half empty. Not a good first impression. The builidng itself was a nice old heritage house and nicely decorated but that's where it ends. Whatever you do , don't sit upstairs. There's no washroom up there and so if you're drinking, you're up and down the stairs all night - plus I think the wait staff forgets you're there.

We sat down and though there was a food menu, there were no drink menus or wine lists. We waited OVER 20 minutes before we were even apporached by a waitress. I had to ask for a wine list and then she had to go all the way downstairs to get one and then back up. Cocktails were exspensive and if there were any specials we weren't told about them.

Now for the food. Food seemed to come whever, regardless of who ordered when. The burgers were very thin and skimpy and the salmon burger was just weird. It was a thin salmon filet piece on top of the open bun, so that there was over half the bun not covered. It was just placed down the middle. It was not reall a burger. I had to cut it in half and rearrange it on the bun in order to make it a burger. The salmon was quite fishy tasting and some of the skin was still on so it was kinda gross, The fries were good though. However, portion sizes were uneven and some people got a ton of fries and other had very few. Not good for customers. Also, someone ordered onion rings and when they were served they were ice cold. They were sent back and all they did was rebatter and refry the already made cold rings. YUK. They were not eaten again. Why would they do that? They were therefore comped but so they should have been. Many of the ordered were incomplete, i.e. burgers with no lettuce/tomato etc. When you're short staffed already it would make sense to get the food orders correct so your wait staff isn't running up and down the stairs with food complaints.

Anyway, if I had to go back with a group or whatever, I'd go, but I'd never voluntarily go there again. There's too many good places to waste time and money at places like this. We left around 10 and there were only about 4 tables full of people. That's really the review in itself no?

We ususally come here twice a year and always with an entertainment coupon. I like that fact that it has classier looking decor than most Greek restaurants. The staff is friendly and the food is good.

I really like the spanikopita here. It is very tasty and not greasy. The pita bread is fantastic but a little over priced I think for extra. Souvlakis are good, salads, Greek and Caesar among some of the best. Potatoes are ok. The only criticism is that for a Greek restaurant the portions are somewhat small. I don't really want huge portions but for the same price as other places there really aren't any leftovers, even the rice serving is a scant 1/2 cup.

Despite this with the coupon it's a nice dinner out.

and that is the Salmon chowder, which seems to have more potatoes and less salmon nowadays. I do stop in though everytime I go by, for the soup. They also have chili which seems to be popular and on occasion I've tried other soups which were pretty good.

They also have premade and made to order average sandwhiches and that gross heat lamp fried chicken potato wedges and other hot food.

Like the other reviewer said the place is really dirty and not a pleasant place to eat at all. I just get soup - to go.

Just the kind of place Poco needed. Too bad it's in a strip mall - the ambiance is ok - but sparse and looking over the parking lot is not inspiring. The waitress that we had was ok but not all that friendly. BUT, the food makes up for it all. The veggie burger was amazing and they make their own potato chips! Not often do you get hot potato chips. The stoups were fantastic as well and the desserts although we didn't try them looked great. We will be back to try the other menu items. Main Street quality funk hits Poco.

I don't usually go to Tim's anymore. I don't really like their coffe much and don't eat many donuts. I went today because I was out and had a Tim card from Shoppers.

I had mushroom soup, which used to be thick and gagging. Now it was thinner but absolutely tasteless. It was supposed to be "Field mushroom" but any of the m ini mushroom pieces in it had never seen a field only the inside of a can. I have never had a processed soup require salt before but this stuff was that bland. Even 5 packs of pepper could not help it.

I also had a cheese bagel which was also tasteless even though it had orange melted stuff on the top. Event he herb and garlic cream cheese was not enough to make it taste like much. Both the soup and bagel were quite small.

I still need to taste something as I was not satisfied. I had a donut. It was sweet - bad texture - not much.
The whole thing was fairly nasty and not to be repeated unless I was starving. Corporate industrial slop.

Our sports team showed up on a Sunday afternoon. THere was about 20 of us and they were totally bewildered? Like they were not accustomed to having customers. They could not accommodate such a larege party. They had no staff. Seriously that's what the "manager" said. HE tried his best to discourage us but for some reason one person kept insisting. Would they have freaked out if 4 groups of 5 had wandered in. Why the heck would you not expect customers unless you suck?

We had to wait 15 minutes and the restaurant was empty but they finally got it together. If it were up to me I would have left the second they appeared not to want us.

Anyway the service was fine considering they had "no staff" . Some of the meals got mess up or were slow but it was alright. I was stunned at the number of fries that came with each burger - about 8. No kidding. They ask later if anyone wants more but who's going to say yes when most others don't

At the end the manager came up to one person, handed him his card and admonished him to "call ahead" next time. Like we would come back.

I haven't been to this place in over 15 years. I remember it being better. Maybe it wasn't and I just didn't know better. It's still the same. Decor is the same, but not dirty, just outdated. Waitress was acceptable but unmemorable. Stir fry guy was ok.

Went at lunch with an entertainment coupon so we got out for two of us for $20 including a tip. You get 25 percent off at lunch but not if you use the entertainment coupon.

The metal bowls were a bit bashed up but off we went. had mostly veggies anda few seafood items. The bok choy was brown and slimy. Other items were ok, but as others have said be careful what you choose. Lots of mushrooms and other realatively light veggies are best. The sauces really add weight as you have to add quite a bit like 3 or 4 ladels full to make it taste good. Serve with really gloppy hoisin sauce two rice paper thick wraps and rice (brown or white). It filled me up but did not ispire me to come again. DO NOT eat the free soups, the hot and sour was gross and the corn chowder was a gelatinous pasty mess.

I used to come to this place years ago and it was really dirty so I stopped. Came last week with partner and child. It has been decluttered and cleaned up - good sign. On a Friday night there were about 5 tables being used - not such a good sign.

The souvlakis were both good, prawn and chicken. Came with a thimble of tzatziki and they charged a dollar for each extra thimble. NOt impressed. The rice was boring and the potatoes were not real greek lemon potatoes just mushy roast potatoes. Pita was good but portions all around skimpy. The greek salad dressing is the best around though. At $18.95 each for souvlaki I thought it was downtown prices for burbs quality and atmosphere. The kids meal was atrocious with a small serving of spaghetti with tomato sauce well over $6 and then $3 for a drink and no dessert. Way below quality and standard price for most kids meals at higher quality restaurants. All in all so so. Would go again if someone else is paying.

I was looking forward to this place as my nephew had a soccer game there at Gates park. I was however, NOT prepared for the price! I expected to get a burger and fries for maybe $6 as it is a take out place in a park. A cheese burger and fries was $10 same as in some sit down restaurants adn halibut and chips was $15!!! I'm not kidding. I remember going to the one in Richmond a few years ago and not being shocked by the prices.

i had a VEGGIE doog - one tofu weeinie in a bun and it rang up at $5. Not spectacular either, just average. they better revisist their price structure or they'll being going down soon.
