(3.4) (3.4) (2.9) (3.4)I wouldn't trek too far to eat here, but when I am at the mall or nearby, and would like to eat lunch somewhere, this is a great place. They have affordable lunch specials for good, hearty food. Dinners are great and affordable. Ambiance is neat, too. It's a unique place in a town full of the usual suspects.
This place is mediocre at best. There's always been an issue with someone's food when I've been about 4 or 5 times. The service is less than impressive. And, all of this for a nice, lengthy half-hour wait!!! What the...? This place claims to be family friendly, but I find other local pasta places (like the bigger chains) to be more accommodating and consistent for family outings.
There never seems to be enough staff for how busy this place gets. The food is okay, but I find the menu somewhat limited and not geared towards the 'average' eater. Not really set-up for little kids, but not what I would consider too upscale or adult-oriented. I think this place is overrated, and I tend to avoid it.
I love the lounge here. I go with friends before or after the movies. I've eaten at the bar and in a booth, and both have been great. The food is quite good - always cooked to my satisfaction. The menu options are somewhat limited, but if you like something in particular they serve, it's always great to go back and have that and a nice drink. Great bellinis! The atmosphere is the best here! Service is somewhat lacking at times, but nothing too bothersome. Lines can be very, very long and no reservations. Sometimes the lounge is full, too, so if you have to wait, the bar is a nice alternative, too.
I go here all the time for big family dinners/birthdays. It's a great place for a big party and for fussy kids. They have lots of new highchairs for babies, too. Always clean and fast service. The food has gotten more expensive and portions a bit smaller, but it's a small price to pay for a consistently positive big party experience.
Really great food here. And, it's pretty reasonably priced, too. Doesn't look to great when you walk in the place (just a bunch of round tables in an empty room), but who cares if you're taking it home? I usually have a long wait for food, but that's because they're probably filling tons of orders. Just call it in early from home and go get it (discount for pick-up, too).
I love going here. I've been here several times. I've always found a spot at the bar to enjoy a cocktail when waiting for a table. Lately, I've been able to walk right in. I've been here with my kids and with friends, and every single time the food, service and ambiance have been great. I've found everything about this place very consistent and predictable (unlike other chains). Gotta love the endless salads and breadsticks. This is on my top 10 list in this area.
