Great take away food.

Just moved into the area, and come across a menu by chance, and ordered a taake-away meal of pad thai and red thai curry - both were beautifully cooked and so flavoursome. The restaurant is quite basic, so should you wish to eat there please don't let this put you off, as they obviously concentrate on producing good food.

Great meal with 2 young boys - surprisingly good!

Had an early evening meal with our 2 boys aged 5 and 7 - we were given a great table, in a quiet spot, but next the window with a view of the street. The server was helpful, and acccommodating of our two young boys. The cocktail of the day was fresh and beautifully mixed, and the food was fresh and tasty - good sized portions. They helpfully split an adult small plate between our two boys - and served this quickly. Whilst not geared up for children (no kids menu, coloring pens etc), I found the service and food selection better than most 'family' styled restaurant - parents still want decent food, in a nice atmosphere, and I would recommend this restaurant.

Bland, bland, bland.

Just had the most mediocre meal I have ever had. The restaurant must have one of the best locations in Victoria, right on the harbour, but what you experience as a diner lets it down unfortunately. Firstly, why do restaurants believe that children want to eat bland over-cooked food, and why would you want to sit next to washrooms when the restaurant is practically empty - and why would you serve a marguerita the color of washing up liquid (luminous green!) and tasting of a mix of salt and lime cordial - yuk! The food was bland in taste and presentation, and so overpriced. Had to try it, but never again. Oh, maybe hiring servers who can use more than one adjective might help - my meal was not 'awesome'!
