I purchased a groupon for $20 to receive $40 of food/drink. There were absolutely NO restrictions on this voucher. No blackout dates and I actually went directly to groupon via email to make sure this voucher would be valid on New Years Eve prior to purchasing it. They confirmed this would be allowed and i went ahead and purchased it. When I called the restaurant to make a reservation (which i was able to book as there was availability), when i mentioned the groupon i was suddenly denied using it. I asked to speak to their manager who was not in at the time but was given his name/number and when I could reach him. I waited all day to speak to the manager and it was a HUGE disappointment. As soon as he picked up the phone his was extremely rude and yelled at me no coupons were allowed on this date despite the fact there was no restrictions on the coupon what so ever. He then told me "whatever then go get a refund then I don't care."
I was SO disappointed with the service ESPECIALLY from someone in a management position. I will never go to this restaurant and will let everyone know that this place has the worst customer service I have ever received even though it was entirely their fault. Buyer Beware!!!!
