This is Earls is making a come back. I went out the other day to Earl's for my lunchbreak, and was thoroughly impressed how they nailed both service AND making me a perfect Los Cabos Chicken Tacos. The tacos were really authentic, which I wasn't expecting from Earls to be honest, and came so quick from the time I ordered them. The server was good at making sure I had everything I needed, without hovering around the table or being annoying, and usually I don't tip more than 15% when I go out, but for the first time in a long time I'd really enjoyed my time at Earls, so I gave her a good 25%. I hope they tip out, too, because I wanted part of my gratitude to go to the chef. I was amazed how my lunch turned out so good when I'd come in the middle of lunch rush. Come to think of it, the vibe overall in there was great. No complaints here. And it seems like everyone else who went that day would say the same.
