I am a very picky about the quality, professionally and personally. I don't rate a restaurant unless I have been to the same restaurant atleast 10 times on different days and time / weather. I have been to this restaurant on weekends and have eaten it for 10 bucks, no offense for that. But unfortunately this time I went on a very wrong day, Monday. I went for veggie buffet. This time the food tasted like it was a left over of sunday. Still I dared to eat it as I cant live starving on the busy workday. After having the food, I had very tough time when I reached home. (You can understand what I mean). I cannot even give 0 rating to this restaurant (The web designer needs to provide dropdown option for neg rating), it will not be justice to me. All I can say is for this restaurant, Mondays are good days for your enemies to go.

As i entered through the main door i saw that there were no 'mastercards' or 'visa' or 'amex' sticker on it and i checked my purse whether i had enough cash. On the long weekend of saturday, the 2 'thambis' (Waiters) were really busy as the restaurant was fully packed and hence the services were slow.
The 2 sided plastic laminated menu showed the prices of dosas starting from 5.99 and some of the dosas also had the punjabi 'tadka' in it. The other side of the menu contained all non veggie stuff & beverages that showed the price of chai starting $2.50 which made me to stick to the first page only.
I have eaten millions of dosas in my home country but this was one of the best i have ever had on the canadian soil.
I ordered the dosas in the mumbaiya style and the waiter understood what taste i want ..the dosas came in leaf coloured designed plate which reminded me of the juhu beach dosas of mumbai. The plate had the 2 different chutneys with a 'vati' (still bowl) of sambar in it. The size of the doasas were good and also was the quality.
Tip to first time 'Dosa Eaters' : Try to taste the veggie stuff like the masala dosa or onion uttappam with medium spicy (Its not too spicy) and as u graduate with the taste u can go for non veggie dosas.
Tip for Advance eaters 'Perfect quality' lookers : Masala dosas taste better than (mumbai's sheety restaurants dosas) with heavy spicy (It will not be spicy). Sambar is good but at times it may be less salty but still it depends on your taste. See if you can customise the dish and you will really really enjoy just like i did.
