A restaurant my family loves going and has been going since I was a child. The food never disappoints.
I always get the usual, dry rice noodle (extra large + fried egg) and it always tastes great. I use to go to the phnom penh on broadway since it's closer but now that it's closed we still make our way down to this location at least once every two weeks.
The service is what you usually get from a typical asian restaurant. Some of the new waitresses can act a little cocky at times and forget orders but since the restaurant is always so busy, I guess that's understandable
The value is great. I can always order my main dish plus a couple others (half order chicken wings + shrimp salad roll) and in the end it would only cost a bit over $12. Now I eat a lot so for a normal customer, I'd say the average would range from about $7-10 dollars.
Ambiance has been pretty much the same, it's nothing special but I always enjoy being in there since it's always crowded with happy people enjoying great food at a great price
This place is a must-try and you will definitely not be disappointed. A restaurant that will forever be in my mind whenever I wanna grab a tasty bite to eat.
Run by a japanese family, these people serve the freshest sushi in town! Although service sometimes is a bit slow, the food they serve definitely makes up for it. They have all the regular fish you would find at typical japanese restaurants (salmon, tuna, scallop) but on top of that, they also have lots of special fish you usually don't find (shimaaji, kanpachi, blue fin toro, madai to name a few).
If you're looking for hot food, this would not be the place for you but if your looking for quality sushi and is willing to spend a little bit extra for it, then sushi hachi would be my best recommendation!
I advise you guys to make reservation as the restaurant is quite small and always full. Also, they close on Sundays and Mondays
This little local store on Kits is a new and fresh addition to the 4th community! From healthy fruits (mango, strawberry, blueberries) to tasty treats (oreos, gummi bears and marshmallows) they have it all! The fruits are kept cool and fresh with a very neat refrigerating system and the toppings are changed daily!
Although they only have a plain yogurt flavor, I must say, this flavor is tasty itself without any of the toppings with a little bit of tartness to it.
The yogurt itself is a set price where the toppings are charged by weight and my small yogurt (quite big actually) came out to around $4.50. My partner had their lychee smoothie which is also made with their yogurt and blended with some fresh lychee and tasted delicious!
The place is quite big for an ice-cream shop but they had plenty of seats and we got cozy in the lower area playing a bunch of different board games (they have a fooseball table as well!)
Not the best time for frozen yogurt with this weather, but will return again soon...once this rain is gone!
