My mom and I were on our way to the washroom when I felt my feet in rubber-soled tennis shoes slip from under me. I screamed as I fell in front of 4 employees, including the manager who were all within 2-3 metres away. I stood up on my own, not one employee cared to ask if I was okay or if I needed help.

I went into the washroom with my mother and we saw an employee grabbing the "warning, slippery floor" sign after us. When I came out to talk to the manager, he told me repetitively that they had just spilled and cleaned it and it always air dries, not a word of apology. When the bill came, I requested for the Manager and told him upfront that no one came to apologize. He claimed that he did say sorry, and went on repeating the same excuses he gave me before. He lied that they were already getting the signs, but my mother quickly snapped back that she was right behind me, did not hear an apology and she SAW an employee getting the sign AFTER my fall. The manager even had the guts to say that others have fallen in their restaurant before, as if it wasn't a big deal. After 20 mins of requesting diplomatically for an apology, I finally received one, but I don’t feel its sincerity since it took two attempts and 3 people grilling the manager for 20 mins to get it. I am still experiencing horrible back and neck pains. The service is horrifyingly disgusting. Do yourself a favour and advise your loved ones to stay away.
