I have ordered a pick-up over the phone and arrived as told after 15 minutes. I still had to spend another 10 minutes waiting for the food to be packed.
Place is small, cramped and the service is slow and bad. Over the counter you can see cooks bitching loudly in a very messy and dirty kitchen. I would definitely not recommended it for in-store dining experience.

After unpacking, we realized that the order was all screwed up..(wrong order?) Tried to call them, but the first person to answer the phone hardly spoke any English. Then a very unpleasant lady took over declining any responsibility and claiming that the order was OK. Eventually she told me to come and take whatever is missing.

Once on premises I was again interrogated and blamed for everything by the same lady who declined to replace the order and wanted to charge me for extra items. She accused me in front of the other customers that "I am crazy and that I am coming there every second day to make problems" I left the place ashamed and shocked. My husband who was waiting in the car could not believe what happened and went in to argue and ask for an apology, but got the similar treatment.

I have spoken about this experience with a couple of my colleagues and was surprised to find out that two of them had similar unpleasant experience after they complained about the service (it seems to the same lady) Their comment was that "the lady is crazy" and wanted to kick them out of the premises.

I never had such a bad treatment in any kind of restaurant before. I will never order from this place again and will strongly recommend to anyone I know to do the same.
