Great brunch for two!!!
Submitted Sunday, October 31, 2010 - 7:13pm [Dine in]

We ate at Enigma on a Saturday at about 2:00 pm, and ordered off of the brunch menu. I ordered the Belgian Waffles, which, for $10, included a full plate of waffles with whip cream, fruit compote, syrup, and a variety of fresh fruit. My boyfriend ordered the Hungry Man special, and sure enough, was a full plate of food for about $13. Breakfast was excellent, service was good, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The location is great - about 8 minutes from the university, with lots of free parking.

We will definitely return!!!

Great diner, excellent food, and fun decor
Submitted Sunday, May 24, 2009 - 10:38pm [Dine in]

I went to this place with a group of friends after a weekend of camping, and it was excellent. There were 8 of us total, and our food came out within about 10 minutes of ordering. Two of us had the bacon cheeseburger and it was amazing. The poutine is a must, although it's not hard to screw that up. I also had a chocolate shake, which was also fantastic.

Pricing was about $10 for a burger plate with fries, with substitutions for salad or poutine being about $2.

The diner was really well done, with funny little pictures and signs on the walls, giving it a real 50's feel.

The service was fantastic. The server knew just when to come by and when to leave us alone! Very friendly and polite servers!

I really liked this place overall. My friends have been coming here for years and loved it, and I've tried it once and am hooked!

Dolce Gelato15045 Marine Drive, White Rock
Locally owned, great gelato
Submitted Wednesday, May 6, 2009 - 2:21pm [Dine in]

This place has the best gelato in White Rock. Friendly and efficient service, locally owned, and fantastic atmosphere. Prices are slightly high but definitely worth it. It's in a very convenient location, just in front of the pier, and near a bank machine. One downfall is that they don't accept anything but cash! Also, a cute dining area is located outside for enjoying the beautiful weather!
