I made a reservation for dinner at this restaurant for 8 pm. Having arrived on time, I was disapointed that our table was not ready cos' the earlier guests have not left. According to the general manager, there is nothing that he can to and we have no choice but to wait. It was not until 9 pm that we finally got our table. Obviously, the staff at this restaurant do not understand the meaning of the word "reservation" and good customer service. Inspite of the excellent food, this dining experience is less than satisfactory. The very least the restaurant could have done is to call me and let me know that our table may not be ready at 8 pm. I then have a choice of either finding an alternative restaurant or come later.
