We've been there twice now and I may return. Food is 7 out of 10 but the portions are pretty small. The older I get the less I like pretentious places and I'm afraid that this one is up there. Servers are young and disinterested but the food it hot when it arrives. I just don't feel satisfied after the meal and surely that's what it's all about. If you like mixing with the Dundarave set, like small portions and have an expense account then it's ok. But there are better places around for decent fish (albeit not many) and I'll only return if someone else is paying.
I'm amazed that this place has survived as long as it has. I can only assume that the customers have never had decent greek food. We've been there twice (my wife's idea) but won't be going back. Appalling.
Calamara was dried up and tasteless, souvlaki was over-cooked and tasteless. etc. etc. They must be doing something right as the place is always full - why would anyone want to return? Typical of the $20 a head restaurant in Vancouver - you are very lucky to find a gem and if you do keep it to yourself. Enough said?
