The food tasted great. I ordered the immensley over priced giant scallops. I was so disappointed with my waiter for suggesting that wine with my scallops. But he got points for very tentative service. The room was beautiful... but i felt underaged in there.
The Bacchus experience is probably a hit or miss. For me that $180 wasn't worth it for 2 people.

I've been forced to go to Hapa a lot of times... and the only thing people really say about that place is about the cute waitresses (which have snooty and insincere service). Sure enough that's enough for some people tho.
But for the sad saps that have a gf (and expected to go out with her) the food is horribly inconsistent from poor to solid. Sick of the regular food, I decided to test the chefs by ordering anything not on the menu.
You know there is something wrong when they totally mess up Kobe Beef Tetaki...
