Disappointed
Submitted Tuesday, December 7, 2010 - 10:47pm [Dine in]

I was the first to arrive, out of our party of about a dozen. Waited at our table, in pretty much an empty restaurant, for over 5 minutes before being approached. Thought I'd get a head start on everyone by ordering 4 or 5 pitchers - only to be told that they're a premium drinking establishment, and, as such, they don't serve pitchers. What pub doesn't serve pitchers? Shortly thereafter, the next person in our party arrived and tried to order appies - only to be told that half of them weren't available. A drink was spilled at our table, and it took too long, in my opinion, to get extra napkins to clean it up. If the place had been busy, I'd understand. But there may have been 3 occupied tables outside our own!

The staff seemed young, inexperienced, and apathetic.

All and all, it felt as if customer satisfaction, as a goal, is a distant second (maybe third) to the owner(s) running an establishment that looks good from the outside looking in.

I won't be going back.
