Tie with Giraffe for top restaurant
Submitted Friday, February 15, 2008 - 2:43pm [Dine in]

Beautifully presented, delectable food along with excellent service, and great ambiance. The white chocolate creme brulee was the most incredible desert I have ever tasted! It is a bit on the dark side, sometimes people who have poor vision complain. That, and the door letting in a cold breeze in the winter would be the only downfalls I can see.

Still one of my favorite restaurants on the strip. Have been going there for 10 years or so. Crab wontons my fav. Everything is delicious here. It's pricey, but the service and food are worth the price.

I also don't understand why this place isn't packed more often. I have only eaten here twice, but both times had a great experience. The first time, my husband and I were going to Cielos for oysters, but they weren't open for lunch. We noticed the "Crab bucket" sign and decided to take a chance, even though there was only one other table dining. The women at the other table recommended what they were eating...I don't recall what it was called, but some type of soft shelled crab. It was excellent! We also had appies which were delicious. The waitress was very accomodating and friendly. We took friends there a second time and had an equally great meal.

Fun Atmosphere!

Tapas is a fun way to eat with 2 couples or a group of friends. I would recommend other restaurants if you are going for dinner with the intentions of a quiet meal. I've been only 3 times, but each time was very impressed with the food and the drinks. Had to wait a while for service though, as it is so busy at times, they seem understaffed. Definitely one of the top 5 down on the strip.
Good place for raw oysters too!
