Not Great
Submitted Thursday, June 18, 2009 - 5:53pm [Dine in]

I was excited to explore another option for dining on the North Shore. As I really enjoy sushi and had heard some good reviews on the restaurant my sister and I decided to try it. We were seated promptly, but it took a while to place the order. Once the order was placed we expected the usual wait (it was dinner time but not overly crowded), but it took close to an hour for anything to arrive at our table. Our appetizers were brought out separately and about 15 minutes apart, even though we'd both ordered the agadashe tofu. I caught the attention of our waitress and asked about the delay for our meal. About 15 minutes later, food finally arrived but it was the wrong order. In the meantime, we'd noticed that the table next to us had eaten and gone and they had arrived after us.... Again we had to point this out and our order was re-taken. Not once did anyone apologize for the errors or wait. Unfortunate experience as the food wasn't too bad - but as my blood sugar levels had dropped during the excessive wait I had had to eat a granola bar from my purse in the meantime so I was already half-full by the time we ate.
