Temptation Gelati450 E Columbia St, #103, New Westminster
Yum

My friends and I dine here once a week to catch up on the new and remember the old. I always enjoy temptations because of the pumpkin gelato, but the paninis are simple and quite tasty. I also recently had a bowl of irish potato chowder... wow that was good. I can still taste the guiness on my breath.

Best ice cream place in town and best food in sapperton.

Granada 2 for 1 Pizza761 6th Street, New Westminster
You can never go wrong with $1 pizza

Any student at NWSS knows all about granadas because of the value, but it is actually a pretty decent bite to eat. Granada's is to some degree the new kid on the block but they have truly done a decent job of trying to bring together a reputation. They are great for a slice of pizza or 30 for a team. Plus their ribs are to die for.

Boathouse Restaurant, The900 Quayside Dr, New Westminster
Are you kidding me?

So I went to the boathouse with my mother while staying in the inn at the quay. The inn was nice but the boathouse not so much. We sat for approximately 20 minutes before a waiter came... a very rude waiter. We waited another 20 minutes for our drinks, before asking another waiter. Our food took over an hour to arrive as there was a shift change during our order and they lost the ticket... at least there was a pretty view.
It was also very overpriced... a bit overstaffed... yet our food still couldn't be taken care of.
NEVER AGAIN!

As long as you leave full.

It is an amazing restaurant that I have been attending since childhood, it may look unappealing-strike that-very unappealing from the outside but the fake plants on the inside truly bring it to life. Despite the shabby look, it's food is an amazing value with great taste. A saturday morning treat for any locals.

Do enjoy.
