I visited Charlies for the first time. I ordered Cesar Salad but instead I got iceberg lettuce with minimum dressing. Everyone knows Ceasar salad is made with Romaine, croutons and enough dressing. First dissapointment. The rest of the meal was bland and very tasteless. You had to ad salsa to the food to make it taste at all! The server, a man who I assumed to be Charlie was rather sarcastic. I won't be going back.
