The worst experience I've ever had - I'm actually in shock! After ordering a breakfast kiesh and a coffee - I paid the gentleman at the till, went and put cream and sugar in my coffee - made my way to the back of the place and the woman who was supposed to be making my kiesh was probably one of the slowest moving people i've seen in my life. When I saw her just put the kiesh in the toaster oven, I asked her if it was mine. I was only going to let her know I would take it to go and heat it up at work if it was - but she immediately told me "to relax, it's no big deal, it'll be ready in a minute"
Are you kidding me??? At this point, i'm in shock and pissed! I told her to pack it up, that I was leaving and that I've never had worse service - to which she says, "you don't like it here, we don't have to serve you".
I AM NOT exaggerating. It was insane!! Here's the kicker - she tells me SHE'S THE MANAGER. And then tells me "lady, you have a bad attitude". Oh, and all the while when she's not yelling directly at me, she's mumbling under (barely) her breath about me.
I had to get out of there as fast as I could because I was actually embarrassed that it had become somewhat of a scene. When I got to the office - I obviously told all my coworkers, to which I received several negative stories about them in response (our office is just around the corner)
I will NEVER go back. And I will continue to tell EVERYONE I know about what a crazy, rude manager. Mediocre food, poor coffee, insane and mean manager. The only thing they have going for them is the nice layout of the shop - lots of seating. Yup. That's the only thing nice I can say about the place. Ya, I'll give it a skip. Especially with Creme de la Crumb RIGHT beside it. Great food, lovely service!!!
