Went today and had a seafood platter for 2 and seafood pasta. Great food! It was well cooked, fresh and very well presented. Waitress was helpful and attentive. Wait time for food was about 20 minutes. I have not tried their other dishes but if you are a seafood lover, go for it! You won't regret.
This place is great for customization of your burritos or tacos. Its kind of like subway for subs where you can choose your ingredients and they prepare it for you the way you like it, spicy of mild. Not enough space to dine in, but great for takeout. Very inexpensive for fairly good Mexican food. I recommend it.
Great Pho noodles, big portions, service is almost non existing here. My favorite place for Vietnamese food in Vancouver though. If you are tired of the noodle soup, try their special which is a brisket soup with carrots and a baguette. This place is also great for take out or eat in if you dont mind the low service.
The food in this place is very good and very consistent. The portions are big. You get your money worth here. The restaurant is ran by a family and the service is not very good but if the food/price/quality of food is important to you, you cant beat this sushi joint. I visit it at least every 2 weeks.
I planned my birthday in this place and it happened to be on a holiday. We reserved the seats a week before. It was supposed to be for a happy hour which is like almost 10 bucks cheaper than regular dinner. When we arrived, we were told that this is not happy hour as it is a holiday and we need to pay more than regular price dinner. They even admitted its their mistake but did not do anything about it.
The food did not taste good, felt like it was not fresh. Service was bad, no one ever coming to take orders or ask if everything is ok. At the end we got a bill with the TIP included! I was like whatever, let them have it, never will come to that place EVER, even if it was free.
