We definately expected better. We were not acknowledged for about 4 mins when we entered the door until we approached a waitress who clearly stated that she was off duty but would show us to a table. That was not a big deal. The place was nice, they had good music and a few t.v's to watch the game.
The waiter was friendly, and gave us lots of time to decide since it was our first time there. We noticed that after 8pm appies were $2 off, so we got some buffalo strips, and ordered a chicken sandwich to share as our entree. The buffalo strips were okay, but there was way too much sauce dripping everywhere, and we weren't even given side plates for sharing, just the basket of food. Our server didn't check on us for about 20mins, so we approached him and asked him why our food wasn't out yet (seeing as how the restaurant was not super busy). We finaly got the food 15minutes later, but not only was it the wrong sandwich, the ketchup on our table was empty and we had to get it ourselves from another table since our server was nowhere in sight). We sent the sandwich back and asked for the sandwich that we had initially order. 20mins later, still no sandwich. We asked our server to please pack it to go since we were tired of waiting. He then brought us our bill where he forgot to subtract the $2 from our appy, so we had to ask him to do it again (which took another 10mins). We finally got our sandwich and went home only to find out that it was the same as the last one we recieved except without the pesto sauce that it was supposed to come with. We're never going back there again.

We've never had a bad experience with both take out and dine-in. The food is always good, and their portions are huge!! It's a small place, a little cramped, but still nice. They are always busy so be sure to make a reservation (even if it's just for 2). Service is friendly but sometimes slow due to volume... but we still love it. One of our favorite dishes is linguine with genovese sauce (chicken, spinach, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes in a tomato sauce) .. yummy! :) and super afforadable.
