Our 13th Anniversary
Submitted Thursday, January 22, 2015 - 3:38pm [Dine in]

I had asked my wife were would you like to go for our 13th Anniversary. A colleague at work told her about Cinch Grill. So Jan 14/15 we went to have dinner at this restaurant. My wife is a chef and is very fussy about what she eats. Very hard to take her out anywhere, so she will enjoy the food. When we arrived at 5pm the Hostess a very lovely young lady greeted us with her smile. I appreciated her Professionalism in the way she made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked through the door.
The food was very tasty and was presented well by the Chef. We both went away feeling full and satisfied. The Hostess made our evening relaxed and very glad we came. We will go back at some future date. As we both were very happy with our experience at this restaurant.
Thank you very much
Douglas

Rainy sunday afternoon

The wife and I stopped in for a bit to eat. I was very impressed with what I received when I ordered my food. The staff are very polite and made you feel that you were glad that you came to eat there. It is a nice place to eat that is fresh and clean. The owner did not yell at his staff but I noticed that he was encouraging in the way he spoke to his kitchen staff when he was showing them how to do something. Way to go and very nice to see the team work you demonstrated to them.

We waited all week to go out for a meal!

Yes, in our busy work week we finally connected with what we hoped to be a lovely breakfast. But instead the service was very un professional to say the least. And the food was not cooked properly at all. To explain: I had asked for my bacon to be very well done. I do relize the waitress did not cook the food but she could have a least looked at what she received from the kitchen. She would have relized that the bacon was far from well done. When she brought the food to our table, I looked at the bacon and looked at her in shock ,that this was what you call well done. What she did was dumped the creamers on the table and with her fingers took the bacon and placed it on that small dish to take back to the kitchen. While she was gone my wife had asked for scrambled eggs . Can you believe that a simple item like scrambled eggs was not cooked properly at all. My wife is a chef and when she saw this food and how disgusting it looked; well lets just say it turned her stomach. When the waitress came back with the bacon she just tossed it on my plate and ran away. My wife had to stop her and tell her the scrambled eggs was not cooked properly.
I am very sorry to say that our experience today with your restaurant was not a very good one.

7th Anniversary

We had never been to this restaurant. I checked with two co-workers if this restaurant was worth going to. Both parties said it was a good place to eat. My wife is a Chef and the friend we had with us is a Restaurant owner with her husband in Gold River called Odika (Global & Domestic Cuisine). My self I am a very demending Critic when it comes to food.
Two days before going to this restaurant I called to make a reservation for 3 people. The young lady on the other end was polite and professional. I had asked her if the Chef could make a Baked Alaskan (on fire) dessert for us. She went away to ask the Chef, and came back with the answer yes.
Our food when it arrived, we all were pleasently surprised with the display of food and the way it was presented on the plate. It was hot and it tasted Extremely flavorful to our palate.
It was a very nice experience that we look forward to repeating again in the near future. And would highly recommend to other people.
Thankyou so much for a Wonderful Evening.

My Birthday
Submitted Sunday, April 6, 2008 - 4:17pm [Dine in]

My wife took me out for my Birthday here. The first thing I noticed was the glasses had spots on them. The service was Great.I had Chicken Tiki and asked for butter sauce to go with it. Would not do it for us. My wife asked for her food to be med in hotness. It was smoking hot, I tried it and it was hot. I asked for masala fries but could not do it. Instead I get fries that looked awfall to look at. Sorry but would not recommend this place to anyone.
