Very pleased with the fresh, international DELICIOUS entrees and appetizers. I had fish and friend had multiple tapas, both dynamite. Service was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. My friend was in town from the east coast, and probably went back recommending Bin for the food, service and nice looking waitresses (lol).

I still like Earls. They have good food and better decor. Their cocktails are famous. but the excitement that was this chain is kinda gone. I could feel it this week eating at the Broadway location.
They have increased their prices to the point where they really need to be edgy to justify it, but they aren't edgy anymore. That is Joeys or Browns now but not Earls. The food is what you would expect. Which is the problem. Even the wait staff are not as edgy as before. They wear pants nowadays. Don't get me wrong. It's about the food mostly but I am using the more conservative attire as a symptom of Earl's problems nowadays.
Once upon a time the men were ample at this chain (checking out the staff), but this time the restaurant was 3/4 empty. The food was large portion size but the fish was bland. The cocktail was delicious but expensive. Something has to give.
