suprisingly good

It's tucked in an obscure location, not even located on a main road. I was a little skeptical to step in at first, but apparently regular patron knew their way already. It was 7pm and they're already serving 4/6 tables (small restaurant) Food was surprisingly good, not a big menu but their dishes are cooked to perfection. Worth a visit.

Solid overall

We were there after a long drive from Hope, I had a blue cheese fillet, it's done perfectly, very flavourful and right to the temperature. Love their baked potato. However my friend complained about mushroom on her plate was too salty. Maybe a little inconsistency in food preparation. Otherwise, overall solid standing.

Stop by for a bowl of ramen in a hot summer evening...bad decision.. they don't have ac.. Expected small menu and decent service. To me, their ramen soup base is too salty, do not understand the rave about how good their soup is... Even tho i've choose to add on dumplings, I still feel I didn't get my buck worth (total tax and tips is $10 a bowl) Unlikely to recommend this tiny restaurant to my friend.

Really filling and delicious bbq. Considering it is located at a 2nd floor on a not so busy part of Robson, they're doing quite well. We had the pork bone soup (to die for), seafood pancake (quite tasty) & bbq...i didn't know which one coz i didn't place the order. All came out really fast from the kitchen and really well done. Especially enjoyed their seaweed side dish. Recommended for anyone looking for authentic Korean bbq

I've already refer this restaurant to many of my friends/co-workers, all of them like the food from this restaurant. The value of it is not bad at all. Mind you this is a typical Taiwanese restaurant, do not expect a top notch service, but so far I do not find their service is minimal. Again, i go there for the bbt/food, which is up to my expectation. Love their tomato beef noodle :) Recommanded for a quick but filling bite.

There were originally located at W. Pender opposite of the tax office, but I didn't like the food back then. After they've moved, their food taste really good all of a sudden. My favourite is their beef brisket noodle, the soup base is Really tasty, and the brisket is Really soft. However this place is Always packed in the lunch time, even though they accept reservation, but other customer would "misplaced" the reserved sign without anyone else notice...It's a cafeteria style restaurant, order the food, take a number and grab a seat, so the best strategy would be go with your friend.

I absolutely have no idea what happened to their food! Last time I had their "popular" dish: starter was pan fried oyster, main dish was prosciutto wrapped jumbo prawn on weird brown rice and desert was mocha ice cream pie. I can say except their desert, which my guess was they didn't even prepare it themselves, everything else was TERRIBLE!! Popular dish? NOT! Pan fried oyster was terrilby done, soggy and stale, Prosciutto..let's just say its flaour was too enhanced that made the shrimp was uneatable for me. Will I go back? Probably not.

I've been there twice only, if I have a chance, I'd have visit this restaurant more often. They have SO Much food that we had a hard time to finished it. Mr Cityhunter was worried that there not in buffet style, could it be enough to feed his tummy, it was proven that he worried too much!! First time we have 4 friends to visit, and we ordered the combo B, which we thought it's for dinner for 4, it includes:meat, and meat, and more meat! haha, seriously, they comes with a bowl of udon, choice of pancake and japche, unlimited refills of sidedishes, vegetable (in case you bbq it, it's for wrapping the bbqed meat, which is quite refreshing i found) some seafood (mussell/oyster) It was amazed we stuffed it all in! The service of this place i gave it a 4, because of the wait is very long. Well both times we did not make a reservation, food was very good, but we only tried their BBQ combo, ambiance is quite solid, hey, u go there for their food! just a bit smokey at the door, but u'll forget about it during the eating process. Overall is quite outstanding.

This new Vietnamese restaurant is so good, that makes me sign up to write them my first review, even I am a regular visitor to dinehere.ca Me and my friend found this place by the tasty smell of them from the parking lot of it's neighbour restaurant- Glouster. We're like it smells so good that attracts our attention to give them a shot. The menu offers variety of dishes to choose from, such as the typical Pho noodles (avg $6.50), salad roll and spring rolls, to main dishes. Me and my friends had Basil Chicken with rice ($12), which serves like a stew with a little spice in it, very nicely done. Also had a Combo C ($12), which comes with Shrimp paste on sugar cane, skewer of beef and salad & spring roll, it comes with rice/fried rice/vermicilli interchangeable. They have Combo A-K, which include vegetarian combo. Do not miss their lemon grass chicken wings. The steam burst out after you have 1 bite of it. Staff are friendly, decor is comfortable. Will make it to my return visit list
