My family and I have dined at this restaurant twice and both times we were treated poorly. It's not a good sign when you're on your way to a restaurant and start feeling uncomfortable before you even get there. The owner, Rosa, is extremely rude and should not be in direct contact with the customers. It would be best if she managed the kitchen staff and stayed in the back...or she could enroll herself in a course/seminar teaching her about the importance of good customer service, especially since she is the owner! I'm obviously not the only one who feels this way. I hope she visits this site and takes note of the many complaints. It's too bad because the food is quite good. Next weekend I'm going to take the advise of the other posters and visit Nick's on Commercial.
