Osamu personally created a great menu and each course was superb!
The service, the atmosphere and music where all great!

The food was original (Our favorite was the Spicy Tofu & Shrimp),
tasteful, fresh and the sucker at the end topped it off.
We will be back this year to do it again!
April 19 was my husband's birhtday and I planned to surprise him with 10 of our fantastic friends for dinner at Federico's. The food was amazing, the service was very professional and real service for a change (our waiter was Earl) the music was great! Where else can you enjoy a great meal, music and dancing? Because my husband is a European trained (french) Chef I was a little worried, after reading the negative rating. We have been at Federico's once before for Valentine's Day and we had a fantastic experience. I do not understand why anyone would write anything negative, they must have different standards. It is not a fair evaluation according to allof us there last night. It was a special night and we all would recommend Fedrico's Supper Club highly.
We visit the Dutch regularly and are always satisfied when we leave, sometimes we eat a bit more then we should but it all is so delicious. Our favorites are the Omelettes and the Rembrandt.
we love the orange juice and of course the pancakes, this is how they should be, not the thick jakkie fluff we have had at other restaurants. we love the fresh fruit and we love to eat healthy and this is what we would like to find more off.
We go here on a regular basis and we have never been disappointed, a great chef with healthy, fresh and taste ideas.
Decor, Service and ambience do not matter when the food is fantastic. Our favorites are honey garlic chicken wings, singapore noodles, tofu hot pot, spicy fish, vegetables and cashews, chicken in black bean sauce, sizling beef
