When I go out to eat, I would expect a certain level of service. Otherwise I might as well stay home. The food here is OK, but not enough for me to come back again. The service is terrible. The waitresses, like all the previous reviews, are generally very curt and borderline rude. I had to share my table with two other parties. If the place is as small as this one, then they should not put in so many big 8-10 people dinning table. Since there are so many other better restaurants in Richmond, I don’t need to suffer through the bad service for a meal.

After reading so many good reviews on this restaurant, just thought we'd give it a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be our worst dine-out experience. The food was good, but not great, and it was the kind of food that you can get at any other average restaurants. The portion was skimpy and that's probably why it only costs $25.00.
However, the food wasn't the biggest issue that gave us the worst dining experience. It was the service and the way we were treated. It might be because it was our unlucky night and we happened to bump into this waitress who was loud, impatient, cocky and disrespectful of others. First, she screwed up my drink order and was still trying to make it sound like it was my fault. Fine.....it was okay and I let it go. At the end of the night, she further screwed up on our dessert order and still made some stupid and disrespectful comments to us. Give her some professional training on serving her customers, for Christ's sake!
On top of that, she automatically added a 17% tip on the final bill.......it was absolutely ridiculous!!!! To me, she didn't deserve a penny at all. What a rip off!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this restaurant as there are so many other better ones out there. Why spend money and be treated like crap?
