Everything is really good about this restaurant. The quality of food is amazing. It is fresh and tasty. You can see that this couple put a lot of passion into the business. However I don't understand why they don't hire one more person for 6-9pm. It is only 3 hours of business hours and how much would it cost for a long run. I used to go there at least 2 times a week and almost every week last winter. At one point me and my husband could not take it anymore. The last visit last year was half an hour waiting time for our bill to come.

Recently we went there again. AGAIN the food is amazing as usual. I don't think anyone go there will question about the quality of food. But seriously if the waiting time of checking out is not that long or there is another persion to help out with serving the food or refill the tea. This restaurant can do a lot better. IT is such a waste to not push this restarant to the next level.
