I guess someone is not making much money... buddy, if you're so tight about $8 since you made a mistake on our order I feel sorry for you.
Based on the previous review, there seems to be a recurring theme with this place. We went with 2 kids to order take out and when we got to the car we realized one sandwich was not what we ordered (and more expensive than the one we ordered!). Not angry about it, we simply went back to ask for the correct sandwich. We immediately encountered huge attitude......we were made to feel very guilty for their mistake and the guy seemed very put out that he had to make another sandwich. When we asked for the difference in prices, the guy lied about the price but when questioned, he eventually threw the money on the counter saying he was now out of pocket! Again, like it was our fault!
Clearly customer service is not a priority at this place. We have never experienced worse service.
